I want to ask here in community any recent surgery done and is there length loss in the first phase of recovery ( first 8-12 weeks post surgery) ? If length return to original length and how ?

So i just finished 3rd week post op.
Girth wise looks great 👍
I had some spontaneous erections , the girth way more than i expected but why i feel i lost some obvious length ?
Anyone had similar experience , also too soon to judge.
When pain and painful erection resolve (#week)?
When wound fully healed ?
While there are many options for shat enlargement ( fillers or penuma ), why there is no option for Glans enlargement. Specially with both options will look weird if compared with normal sized glans ( they looked great if someone has thin shaft and mushroom head).
Personally on long run I’m thinking to have penuma after i tried once filler which was OK but i want something for life !
The only thing i can say is there is no option till now for glans even PE !
I want to ask those done the penuma:
1- how you know the size model that’s suitable for you ? Or is it chosen by the doctor?
2- how you proportionate glans size with penuma ? Wouldn’t that will look weird for normal looking penis? I mean i feel penuma looks great on mushroom penis and those who have thin shaft compared to glans.
