1- how you know the size model that’s suitable for you ? Or is it chosen by the doctor?
2- how you proportionate glans size with penuma ? Wouldn’t that will look weird for normal looking penis? I mean i feel penuma looks great on mushroom penis and those who have thin shaft compared to glans.
Are there any plans from the penuma creators to develop new solutions for penis length or erections ? Hopefully somethings that are less surgical involvement ?

10 month post op, no complications, the common awkwardness of the bulge and ppl looking that doesn’t go away, I’m becoming more and more comfortable with that.
