r/Penuma is looking for one additional moderator

We've seen an increase in posts that amount to asking the community to rate someone's dick rather than asking substantive questions about the procedure. These posts don't generate useful discussion and the community has been reporting them consistently.

A general reminder: if you're asking strangers on the internet whether you need surgery, nobody here can make that decision for you. That's between you, your confidence, and a board-certified surgeon during a consultation.

We're looking for one active moderator who can help with:

  • Reviewing and removing posts that are purely soliciting physical assessments rather than asking procedural, medical, or recovery-related questions

  • Directing users toward the types of questions the sub can actually help with (surgeon selection, candidacy concerns, recovery timelines, results, complications, costs, etc.)

If you're active on the sub and interested, send a modmail with a brief note about your familiarity with the community. (If you're the person who's been consistently reporting these posts, you're already doing the job. Send a modmail).
