Consider this in Your Himplant Go - No Go Decision

Hello Friends,

Now 10 weeks in, for those that have followed me on my journey, I offer this for your calculation in determining to Himplant or not. As I read many posts I will agree that yes, size is important. It is a factor in this post. Most of the DM's to me ask what was your before and after flaccid and erect. I went ahead and published those in my prior posts. But, with size in the bedroom super to have, there is also a supplemental indicator of success for me now - becoming a Show'er.

The accompanying reality of going from a grower to a show'er has had a resounding and overwhelming positive impact for me. For once in my life I have something people notice. It's life changing in a truly wonderful way. To be a grower my whole life, the Himplant has become mind altering in a way I never expected. The self esteem I've gained is worth every bit of the anxiety of recovery.

It wasn't until about week 3 and 4 that this came home to me. When I was beginning to migrate from loose sleep wear to my regular sleep pants (didn't work!); when I began migrating from baggy clothes to work clothes (didn't work well!); when I began going out and socializing more (whoops my pants fit a grower not a show'er); and when I was going back to work (and didn't want to look like a porn star). Aaaahhhh, my pants show every shape of my new member - my church pants are more revealing; my underwear just don't work any longer that were made for growers not show'ers; and forget the speedos right now - you just can't cram all this in. Then the next challenge - decisions, decisions - do I put my member down the right pants leg today or the left pants leg today?? Whoa, I never had to make that decision my entire prior life! All this at one time created much anxiety over the past couple of weeks in a fabulous way. I'm doing my best to make my outfits look attractive without being vulgar, lol.

It's truly mind altering for someone that envied all the show'ers his entire life - and now to be tossed head first (ha, literally) into an entirely new and wonderful world - to be catapulted into a new reality. It's just over the top. It's hard to express in words the true joy of the new and permanent me.

I took my sons to an amusement park at the end of week 7. While I was very careful to not ride anything that would hurt myself, I couldn't help but notice one awesome thing - a first in my life. In the past being the people watcher, I easily and readily picked up that I was the one being watched for once in my life*.* I was uncomfortable at first but by the end of the day I was telling myself - YES!! And folks, that's not a sock or padded jock down there, lol!!! Sorry to sound a bit arrogant, but after all these years we Himplant brothers are a bit entitled. It was humbling and exilerating at the same time.

This post is just meant to be thought provoking for all of you on the fence. For me the Himplant is mind blowing in a way I never imagined. I would do this all again in a heartbeat as difficult sometimes as the healing process was at times. That discomfort is all just a past memory, but the stares are a constant occurrence ;) I stay in awe of Dr Taj's work.

As always, DM with questions. I usually don't respond to threads on a post. I'm happy to help, and happy to share progress photos (under DM only).

You guys are the best. Thank you for all the support through my journey.

Kindest regards,

ICAF99

Maybe of Interest

Hello friends,

ICAF99 here again. Dr Taj made a couple of instructional videos with yours truly. I thought I would pass along the link to those videos since I've had a few of you ask in DMs. At my follow up session today, there was another filming. It will take a couple of days for that to post to youtube. When it does I will share the link.

Hope they help you in your journey of a decision. Dr Taj is amazing.

As always you are welcome to DM questions.

Kindest regards,

ICAF99

7 Week Update to Share

Fellow friends,

As you know, I am not one to post photos of myself outside of DMs. On the other hand, I have received numerous requests for updates and have those ready if you want to DM. You would think from having a household of guys where the house is like a boys' locker room this would come easy! This is my end of 6 weeks post surgery and I have progress photos to share that are due to Dr Taj today. I'm beginning week 7.

I cannot say enough about how fantastic Dr Taj and his staff are. All questions and concerns are promptly answered. The procedure itself was flawless, in fact we went out to eat lunch on the way home.

Another common question I get is regarding stats. Please find those here in inches and CMs for my overseas friends down at the bottom of this article.

One of the biggest concerns I had that may be of interest to you was if the surgery could correct my curve. My curve was to the left and less than 30 degrees. The penuma surgery was an absolute success. My curve is gone as you will see and I have no loss in length at all. What a self esteem boost!! There is no real guarantee on correcting curves with the penuma, but by God's Grace mine is gone.

In addition, as you know from previous posts, Dr Taj had performed Testicle Enhancement for me back in December with 2 implants. So now I have a matched set of larger testicles and girth. As a funny note on the side, the testicle implants surgery was on Christmas Eve. We left the surgery and took the boys to Christmas Eve church service! Pain blocks are wonderful.

As I have said before in my posts, I feel awful for those guys that had trouble with the penuma procedure. That was a 3concern for me and I weighed it in to my determination. I have had the fortune of zero complications to date. Be aware that you have to have the proper healing time - to include being flat on your back for the 1st couple of weeks - and to strictly follow all Dr orders. No weight lifting, or sex, for at least 8 weeks to ensure proper healing.

In addition, remember that pumping and cock rings are currently strictly prohibited once you have the penuma. If you like these items, this surgery is not for you. You also are not currently advised to use Trimix after penuma installation - no needles in the penuma per my direction. These are just a few tips.

Another question I get is related to what clothing fits. I commented on these before. The photos I did include are 2 of my finds. My favorite daily underwear is from Real Men Clothing Apparel. These are the mesh briefs with C pouch. I have a drawer full now to include the C pouch jockstraps and 2 pair of the leggings for winter exercising. As for following surgery and the first 3 weeks you will not want anything on but loose boxers. That is the second photo. For those I recommend Box silky boxers. I use those to sleep in now and have several on hand. As always post surgery, you will keep your penis wrapped in a tubi wrap. Initially you will be 24 hours and several changes a day. I am now 20 hours in the wrap, 4 hours out of it.

As always, feel free to DM for current and pre-surgery photos and/or ask questions. There are no dumb questions and I'm glad to share lessons learned as you do your own research. I researched for over a year - to include reading every single post and thread on Reddit. I wanted to know all the plusses and minuses for a thorough evaluation. This was the right decision for me.

I usually do not answer questions in the thread so feel free to DM. Wishing you a great end of summer.

Kindest regards,

ICAF99

Sharing Clothing Ideas with the Himplant

Hey friends,

I have received numerous DM's asking about clothing post-op with the Himplant. I thought I would just share my successes here. As I mentioned in my 1st article, I highly recommend having a fellow Himplant mentor to share ideas with. My fantastic mentor shared amazon links for initial clothing such as baggy tan shorts and loose sweatpants for use during the initial 4 days with the JP drain tube in, and going back and forth from the dr's office.

I celebrate 4 weeks today and am still in awe of Dr Taj's work. I was given the XXL. Having said that, I soon figured out I wasn't getting into Speedos, or any of my other tighter fitting clothes any time in the future. So I want searching.

Here are the finds I am super comfortable and happy with - while still fairly stylish. Keep in mind, your penis remains erect in a downward direction. It will be some time before a flacid state returns. Your clothing needs to accommodate that.

In addition, your new flacid state is way larger than before. You need clothes that fit the new you. It is not easy (hah, almost impossible) to just pull your dick out the zipper to pee. You basically have to lower any apparel to use the restroom. And one last note, you do not want anything that catches on to the tubiwrap that you will be wearing for an extended period of time. Ouch...

Here you go with pictures (I have no connection or relationship with these companies, my thoughts are my own):

  1. For around the house and can still act as underwear, I went with Box Underwear Silky Boxers. These do not ride up or catch on the tubiwrap. They are nice enough to run out to the mailbox in, or put out the trash.

  2. For summer shorts I went with Bang Street shorts and Board shorts. While it can still show what looks like an erection, you can combine with a larger t-shirt. These shorts do not pull on the tubiwrap and can be worn commando or with the Box silky's.

  3. When I return to work (I'm a teacher), I chose Real Men Clothing Apparel mesh boxers. These are the bomb. You choose your pouch size. I chose C, and they are the perfect fit with this chub and no pulling on the tubiwrap.

  4. When Dr Taj releases me for exercise, I went back to Real Men and ordered the jockstraps in the C pouch.

  5. When the weather turns cooler, I also picked up from Real Men the leggings also in C size for the crotch.

If you are interested in my before and after sizes, please check out my 1st article. They are posted there.

Also, as I indicated in my 1st article I am happy to respond to DM's, and less likely to answer in this thread. I'm more than happy to share any info or answer any questions in the DM. While I have sadly read in these articles of less than stellar Himplant results, I have to say my results have been over the top with Dr Taj's work and am in love with his outstanding staff.

Feel free to DM any questions.

Best Decision -Ever, and Twice! Let's Dispel the Myths Shall We?

Hello Fellow Himplant candidates and Fellow Brothers of the Himplant,

So to start off, everybody wants specs so lets clear that up first,

I'm 67, super healthy, 5'4",

138 lbs,

Work out 5 days a week,

Gay,

Married,

Retired from a full career with DoD ending at the Pentagon,

Back to work right away enjoying teaching at my boys' schools,

Adopted two beauriful young sons from birth (yes diapers, formula, you name it!),

And living life to it's fullest.

So why two surgeries with Dr. Taj?

Yep, I can testify to the XXL Himplant and Testicle Enhancement.

I'll discuss in surgical order so you will see the relationship.

I was born with very small testicles. Even through puberty, they never really developed. Active in sports I was on the swim team all through high school. But emotionally I was totally embarrassed. I would either be the 1st in the locker room, wear my swim suit under my clothes and last back into the showers and wash with my suit on. Where I thought I would just grow out of this, I never did. Physiologically, I had to take testosterone shots once a week to have the necessary particles a male body needs - absolutely dreadful and creepy side effects. I never ever got used to giving myself the injections. By the Grace of God Testosterone pellet therapy came out and that fabulous 10 minute procedure twice a year is a true answer to prayers. But...the lack of balls continued. Then I found Dr Taj - my hero. So on Christmas Eve 2025, i gained two awesome, huge for me but appropriate to Dr Taj - testicles!! I can't keep my hands off of them. Does it feel weird to have 4 Testicles? Nah, the bio ones just ride behind these awesome Saline testicles. This, like the Himplant was a total 8 week heal, thus the reason I started it while on school winter break. I did attend Christmas Eve church service though, just don't tell Taj on me!

In sneaks the Himplant discussion:

During my second testicle checkup with Dr Taj, I asked him if he thought I was a candidate for the Himplant. He said not only yes, based on the current size of my flacid penis, but that I qualified for the XXL. Wow, was I taken back. Hands down, research fully complete, I put down the deposit and set a schedule. The only issue was scheduling. Being a school teacher I didn't want to miss school for the 8 week recovery as I'm very active with my students in the classroom and during PE. So, the week school was out here in June, I was reporting for surgery duty! I'm now 2 weeks post op and not one single problem.

What's the success key? You must follow the Dr's orders to a T - no deviations. If you can't afford to follow the medicine regime, or get your thighs over 2 pillows for the required time, then this isn't for you. You have to be diligent, repeat diligent. And while you will get fabulous meds, they do keep you a bit loopy. You need someone, or amazon, to do your errands for those 1st 2 weeks.

Thoughts:

Confidence has skyrocketed! My biggest decision is what new swimsuit to wear!! This new member is massive.

The staff is absolutely the country's best - never an unanswered question, day or night.

Both surgical procedures were over the top. Not one bit of anxiety.

I love Taj's staff so much that I have moved my pellet therapy to them - fortunate for me I live in the DC area.

You need a new wardrobe, your previous underwear and pants just don't mask your new family member very well. And after always having a small "grower", my wardrobe is deal8ngcwith a huge show'er. In regular shorts it looks like you are sporting a hardon - and it attracts attention! It looks like you have an erection all the time -, and that's flacid!

Ok, I know you are looking for stats:

Pre-surgery Flacid:

Gir: 4.25

Length: 4.75

Pre-surgery Erect:

Gir: 5.3

Length: 6.0

Post surgery Flacid:

GIrth: 6.0

Length: 5.3

Post surgery Erect ( keep in mind this will increase some as there is still healing occuring) I've lost zero length.

Girth: Last early morning 6/18, the girth measured 7" minus the small width of the tubi.

Length: 6.0 still as of 6/18

Final thoughts:

There are plenty of good folks on this sight to help answer questions. I was blessed with the best Himplant mentor ever that is many weeks ahead of me with the implant and always a text away to advise me perfectly. He will always be in my Lifebook. If you choose surgery, ask one of these super guys that post progress to mentor.

Stay away from the negative. While there are always risks, your doctor will tell you in counseling if you are qualified. If on the edge, go for the free counseling - what are you out -nothing. These doctors are so busy they have no need to sell you a bill of goods to put food on the table.

And by the Grace of God, I highly endorse Dr Taj if you can. He even does Televisits.

I don't post any pictures here of the Testicle Implants or the Himplant - but if you are serious, DM me and I will openly share. You are always welcome to ask questions, I just won't respond to negative input. I'm not a negative person. My experience with Dr Taj and his top quality staff has been nothing short of a Class A act. Both surgeries were worth every penny.

Kindest regards,

ICAF99
