I have a coworker who, I don’t know why, but seems a bit unhinged to me. I somehow get a negative vibe from her, even though I haven’t done anything wrong to her. A couple of times we ended up alone in a room together, and honestly I felt uncomfortable around her. She is quite aggressive. I don’t know… I’ve helped her with clients a couple of times and still noticed negativity from her. Personally, I would be grateful if another girl helped me in that way.
Although she says she doesn’t like me, for some reason, she follows me, and I feel I need to be careful
I’ve also noticed that she seems to be digging into things about me-asking certain questions and making remarks towards me. I’m worried she might cause problems for me, but she doesn’t really bring any value or money to the team.
How would you handle this situation?
