Goat’s rue effects

I just added goat's rue to my routine; it’s only been about five days, but I’m starting to notice my breasts feeling more fibrous to the touch—though after massaging them for a few seconds, they go back to being just as soft as ever. Has anyone else experienced this sensation?

Cravings due to supplements?

I’ve only been on the program for a month. My routine consists of 3,000 mg of black seed oil, 3,000 mg of OptiMSM, 500 mg of Vitamin C, Traditional Medicinals’ Mother’s Milk tea (2 cups daily), and my combination birth control pills (Mili). Everything was going well, but lately, I’ve been having intense cravings for sweets—something I want to avoid because I have insulin resistance. Could any of these supplements be the cause?

How often do you pump?

I've been pumping daily, but I'm not sure if that's recommended or if it's better to take a rest day. What do you recommend?

Any suggestion?

Hi, I’m a 31-year-old woman and I’m just getting started. I have PCOS and am currently taking birth control pills (Mili) and 3,000 mg of black seed oil; I also pump for about an hour daily and have just ordered BO. I’ve been pumping for a week and taking the black seed oil for about four days, and I feel more tension in my upper back, sometimes experience twinges in my breasts—which are much more sensitive and definitely fuller—but I’m not sure if these are signs of growth or something else. Any suggestions for succeeding in the process?
