I have been curious about MBE for a while. I mostly enjoy my size, but wish to increase firmness and try to change my breast/nipple shape on one sid: the left nipple is comparatively huge and the underside of which is where the weight of my breast hangs. I think it’s what’s caused the size of the nipple to grow so large and means there is less volume in the breast itself. It hangs differently.

I’ve been told surgery (and more sensitivity loss) are basically my only option and I literally can’t afford that.

Been wondering though, if nbe might help, or if anyone has had success with increasing volume while maintaining nipple size. I’m set to start with cupping, massage and topical oils at the moment.

heyy so im 30, trans, been on HRT for about 7 years, and i've tried pretty much everything over the years.

i've done fenugreek, MSM, PM, a whole host of herbs, domperidone, massage w flaxseed, cup pumping, you name it i've probably tried it. been perusing this sub for a long time. nothing has worked at all for me.

i went on progesterone for a while, first at 50mg then 100 then 200 and zero difference. the only time i ever saw a boost is when i switched from pills to injections but that was 5 years ago now.

i cant keep up massaging consistently as it's a hassle and im busy, and i didnt want to keep pumping because i already have puffy nipples and i feel like that makes it worse.

im out of ideas and probably too skinny for fat transfer 😭 have barely gained a pound since puberty

so now im curious if i should try bovine mammary supplements?? it's the one thing i haven't tried yet and from what i can tell it's not hormone-based and it seems promising, but im wary given my track record.

any other trans women try it? anyone have results with just that? is it worth it? is there anything else you'd recommend?

Would using breast pump with Domperidone be easier to start lactation or can I get same results pumping with herbs and teas like fenugreek hops goats rue etc. I’ve never made breast milk before btw. And I have the patience to wait four weeks for the medicine to come. I just really would prefer to have faster process shopping on Amazon or something.

Hi everyone. I’m trying to lose weight and recently started OMAD (one meal a day) but I want to prevent droopy breasts. I do not necessarily want any growth, just a maintenance of what I already have. In the case that they get smaller, my main goal is avoid droopiness and for them to stay lifted. What do you think I should do? I’ve read the Start here but I’m still a bit lost because I’m not necessarily trying to get any bigger.

My weight changed from 52 kg to 45 kg, but my breast size stayed almost the same, so weight doesn't seem to affect my breasts much.

Other than BO or Mammary Glandulars, what worked best for you?

Progesterone cream, MSM + Vitamin C, Aloe Vera, Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Pueraria Mirifica, Goat's Rue, Fenugreek, Volufiline, or something else?

Hey guys, just got my manual pumps today. I tried using it but im unsure as to how am I supposed to use it. Could somebody guide me? And if anybody has a tutorial video for using manual suction pumps, can u share it?

I have IGF-1 peptide (for research purposes). Does anyone use it for nbe? I also recently started hrt. Estrogen (weekly injections)& Progesterone nightly injections , as well as DHEA (cream 25mg/gram)to rub on breasts daily (54 yr cis female that had medical menopause and several years on no HRT which has been rough) I have been on several of the supplements/herbs for a month now, and wondering which ones I should keep, going forward now that I have started hrt. I have already noticed more fullness in a month with doing massage(inconsistently, need to work on that), and taking goat's rue, alfalfa, saw palmetto, hyaluronic acid, msm, vitamin C, fenugreek(200-400mg daily), shatavari(40% saponins shatavari extract-root 500mg/shatavari powder-root 500mg- so 1,000 mg), vitex berry, aloe Vera capsules, thorne stress b complex, omega 7, (bovine mammary, blessed thistle, black cohash "proprietary blend"), Pueraria Mirifica 1000mg , maca, bovine colostrum/hydrolyzed collagen, chewable organic digest enzymes to promote nutrient absorption. Pure Graviola (as a protective measure from tumor and cancer cell), Major Curves Bust Booster, ovarian glandular, bioactive silica, Hawthorne berry to help improve nutrient absorption, pumpkin seed oil caps, omega 3, vit D , K2, 5 types of grass fed collagen/peptides powder, black seed oil, grass-fed beef liver caps, bovine uterus, kidney,& heart caps. Astaxanthin (also for cancer cell protection), and take 1400mg HOPS at bedtime and the KLOW blend peptides injections nightly. I am a full B cup, not quite enough to fill C properly.. so will be very happy if I am able to completely fill a C cup!

I've bumped into this breast pump picture online and wonder if anyone knows which model or type of pump is this? It seems to have an inner tube within the cup for directing the areola/nipple into. I was thinking it can be useful for those who have flat/lying/inverted nipples by setting more pressure on them or even if one wants to set a reduced pressure on the nipples?

Anyone has an experience with this system or something similar?

Cis female, new to nbe, currently only a C cup but hoping to get to an F cup for now.
I was considering buying this manual pump from amazon (pic below) but am unsure if this size would be best in the long run
Any recommendations for pumps and which size to be able to pump to get to an F cup please?

Every time I pump, my breasts shrink to smaller than before I pumped. Is this normal, and why?? It’s extremely frustrating and I don’t understand it.

I know this is an NBE topic but I’m just wondering has anyone trying to grow through these methods had the side effect of becoming more voluptuous overall? I just really want to grow my hips and store fat there.

Has anyone actually had their boobs grow after stopping BC?

I used to take the lowest dose of oral birth control but switched sometime in the last year/year and a half to the next dose up and I think my boobs have gotten slightlyyyy bigger. This newer dose has more estrogen, which made me wonder if I naturally have more estrogen without BC. Idk if this is how it works, but I currently take norethindrone acetate ethinyl estradiol JUNEL FE 1.5/30 tablets

I just got a manual pump, and I need tips for this! I tried pumping, but leaving it on turns my boobs into a hickey colour, is that normal? I feel discomfort just at around the 5-10min mark as it is tight and i feel suffocated :( The colour scares me, cuz i feel loke if i leave it on longer, my boobs will prolly turn black 💀I dont know what I’m doing wrong as i see people leaving it on for 2hours, i just dont know how i can do that with the discomfort…😔

Hello, I changed my hrt and I noticed a small amount of breast growth beginning so after awhile I busted out my old eve bra and giving it another go, this time around however my ereolas are getting super puffy which isn't exactly what im going for. By chance is there any way to prevent this?
