Late-stage growth after 15 years on HRT / 1 year on injectables? Looking for opinions on my CT scans! (31yo, started at 16)

I’m looking for some community feedback and opinions on my recent CT scan images (axial and sagittal cuts attached).
A quick summary of my timeline & regimen:
Age: 31
HRT Start: Started at age 16 (~15 years on HRT total).
Regimen History: Over the years, I’ve tried pretty much every type of HRT method out there.
Current Regimen: Switched to injectable Estradiol Enanthate about a year ago. I initially started at 10 mg/week and gradually tapered it down to 4 mg/week, which I currently take and believe is my ideal sweet spot.
Context about the scans & what I noticed:
I actually had these CT scans done for unrelated medical reasons, but while reviewing them, the chest region caught my attention. In the contrast phase of the CT, I noticed distinct details in tissue density/coloration, outline, and thickness behind the areolas, showing dense fibroglandular tissue rather than just subcutaneous fat.
What I'm experiencing physically:
Ever since making the switch to injections a year ago, I’ve had persistent breast sensitivity and some modest growth. Lately, my nipples have been constantly sensitive/bothersome, and I’ve been feeling sharp twinges or "pinprick" sensations deep behind the tissue—far more noticeable than anything I felt in previous years.
I personally feel like the growth process has reactivated and is moving forward, just at a slow, gradual pace now that I'm on injectables and dialed in my dosage.
For anyone with experience evaluating scans or who has gone through late-stage growth spurts after changing delivery methods/doses: Does this contrast/tissue pattern look like active breast growth to you? Has anyone else experienced a second wind of growth years into transition after switching to injections?
