I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but it seems like it 😅 I want to gain a lot of weight in my belly and I was wondering what is the best way to go about it? I've been thinking about gaining weight for a while, but after seeing everyone else gain weight and how happy and comfortable they are with themselves, it really made me think more seriously about it. I just love the look and softness of a bigger belly so much 🥰
Part of it is honestly the idea of being able to relax more around food and not constantly worry about staying small. I’ve always been naturally skinny, so the thought of filling out and getting noticeably rounder sounds really exciting and comforting to me. I especially want most of the weight to go to my stomach if possible because I think big bellies are adorable and attractive.
I know everyone gains differently depending on genetics and lifestyle, but I’d still love advice from people who have intentionally gained before. Like what foods helped the most, how often you ate, whether you tracked calories or just ate whatever sounded good, and how long it took before you started noticing changes in your belly specifically. I’d also love to hear about how it affected your life overall because honestly seeing people become happier and more confident after gaining is one of the biggest reasons I finally want to do it too 💕
