A small update on Minxi’s recovery — we’re now 9 days post-op after her full high-tension tummy tuck and 450cc breast augmentation.

Recovery is going really well so far. Her pain levels are now quite low, and she’s completely off the stronger pain medication, only taking Paracet (paracetamol/acetaminophen) when needed.

She’s still wearing compression garments both top and bottom, and all of the incisions are taped. We’ll continue with the tape and compression as instructed while everything heals.

There’s obviously still plenty of swelling and a long way to go before we can judge the final result, especially with the implants still needing time to settle, but at Day 9 we’re really happy with how smoothly the recovery is progressing.

Minxi had her surgery on August 10th, 2026, and we’ve decided to document the entire journey — from the very first days of recovery through healing, scar progression and eventually the final results.

Minxi is born in 1996 and have had 2 kids at the age of 19 and 22, her Pre Operation higth and weight was 164 cm (5.4 feet) and 82 kg (180 lbs).

What was done:

• Full high-tension abdominoplasty / tummy tuck
• 1.2 kg of excess abdominal skin and tissue removed
• Abdominal tissue mobilized up to the sternum and repositioned using a high-tension technique
• Belly button preserved and brought through a new opening after the abdominal skin was repositioned
• No muscle repair
• Bilateral breast augmentation
• 450cc Ergonomix Full implants in each breast
• Prepectoral / over-the-muscle placement
• Implants inserted through the inframammary fold underneath the breasts

Most of the pictures are from 4 days post-op, so what you’re seeing is very much an early recovery result. There is still swelling, bruising and a lot of settling and healing ahead.

We’ll keep sharing Minxi’s progress as her body changes over the coming weeks and months. ❤️
