I have recently had a boob job and wanted to share my results/progress so far! I was previously a 34C but very deflated due to weight loss. I have worked hard to look really good and I felt like my boobs just didn't suit my body. At my consultation I was advised that I was borderline for a lift but I potentially could achieve a good result with just implants. I originally was looking at 325cc round high profile as I didn't want to go too big but my surgeon did advise if I went slightly bigger it would help to achieve a better result. In the end I went for the 340cc and the Xtra fill implants which are slightly firmer and more projected. I have included my table photo and 5 days post op photos. The last photos show me currently at just over 4 weeks post op - they have settled really nicely and overall I am so happy! Recovery has been pretty easy! I think the projection has taken some getting used too and I think I am roughly a DD cup size. Loving them and can't wait to get out of my compression bra!

Main issues were significant animation with gym exercises and lack of cleavage. Went bigger, not no animation and obvious cleavage.

I’m scheduled for my surgery on september 16th and have my pre-op next tuesday on the 25th, this is the crisalix simulation results that my surgeon gave me.

i’m 21, 5’6, 135lbs and has 10cm bwd, surgeon said that the max implant sizes i can go with are motiva ergo 245cc high prof and 275cc demi prof (fixing my asymmetry)

i originally wanted to go way bigger than that since i’ve always thought because of my broader shoulders, i’d be able to handle more but i learned now that that isn’t the cases lol

whenever i look at the simulation, i feel like it’s def bigger but i still can’t help but feel like i’ll regret not getting something a little bigger than this 🫩 i honestly feel crazy lol cuz i know i need to prioritize the risks that comes with having a narrow chest frame and bigger implants but idk i’ve always thought i’ll get something that’s closer to like the 380cc range 😅

is this realistically big for my frame? or should i maybe bring it up to my surgeon that i’d wanna go bigger than this? or is it just boob greed hitting way too early? lol

ps. the max they previously gave me was 215cc and 255cc, but after i asked them to increase, they said that this is pretty much the maximum and i’d need to sign a waiver with this already 🫢

FIRST PHOTO IS 1DPO, 2ND IS TODAY

I just went to my 2 wpo appointment! I’ll be 3WPO on Tuesday, I did have tuberous breasts before and I am 100% aware they won’t be perfectly shaped starting out, we still got a ways to go!

but my dr said it looks really good and im already starting to round out! I got my stitches out today and im cleared to just let the scars breathe and start using scar cream (I’ve also been using bio oil just a little bit as well and I think it’s helped with the redness)

im super happy with my results so far and will be back in another 2 weeks for 1 mpo update! :))

also I just wanna say for the ladies who are super worried about pain, I had almost NO PAIN recovering, I honestly can’t believe that I was up and moving and even at the grocery store 2 hours post op (NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD BE OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER, but my mom picked me up so I went with her LOL)

but don’t be afraid, it didn’t hurt it was mostly realllllyyyy uncomfortable, a LOT of pressure!

I am 5’3 112 lbs and I chose 415cc Natrelle srf high profile, dual plane method

I am aware they look silly guys, they will DROP eventually 😭

Ok I had a boob job 10 days ago and I know I’m so early still and things can change but one looks so asymmetrical I’ve seen many people freshly post op and they don’t look so different from each other like mine do. I’m just concerned. I had a little asymmetry before which I show but I feel now it looks even worse and dramatic. Am I botched?

A small update on Minxi’s recovery — we’re now 9 days post-op after her full high-tension tummy tuck and 450cc breast augmentation.

Recovery is going really well so far. Her pain levels are now quite low, and she’s completely off the stronger pain medication, only taking Paracet (paracetamol/acetaminophen) when needed.

She’s still wearing compression garments both top and bottom, and all of the incisions are taped. We’ll continue with the tape and compression as instructed while everything heals.

There’s obviously still plenty of swelling and a long way to go before we can judge the final result, especially with the implants still needing time to settle, but at Day 9 we’re really happy with how smoothly the recovery is progressing.
