So basically I amde up my mind last week, that I will try to stop all gooning activities starting in August. It's the first day and I just woke up about an hour ago, and I'm already struggling. It's so hard and I don't know if I can do it.

I want to try breaking away from my addiction for at least a month, so basically the whole month of August.

But even rn, I'm so horny that I just want to touch. Please, I need advice, any help is welcome. Thank you!
