Hello everyone here’s a little back story I just moved to a state down south I moved in with family so I can save for a house. My aunt who I’m living with has a rental property that is open her daughter moved into the rental the other day let call her S.I have to mention I havent seen or talked to this side of the family since I was little 3-4 years old so they are new people to me.
