I bought a violet wand from the violet wand store. I did not get a confirmation email and looked on my account on the website and there was no purchase in there but my card was charged. I reached out on their page on the contact us and did not hear back and the contact us link is now defunct. Anyone know if this site is legit? Just wondering if I should initiate a charge back or if anyone has an email for the folks running this store? I would really like to just complete the transaction, but the vibes seem odd.
