This is a problem I encountered when I tried to add the extension onto chrome and I feel some people might experience it too.

Short answer: “Verify your age on the account you’re using”

Long answer: When trying to download the extension on chrome I kept seeing “This item is not available”

The main problem here is that the screen doesn’t tell you much and implies that the extension is off the store. In reality, it was showing up like this because it was marked as mature content and the account I was using was not age verified.

Even if your birthday age is set to be 18+ or 21+ you will still need to manually verify your age. This can be done by going into your google account > personal info > birthday.

It will prompt you to choose options such as uploading your I.D, selfie, credit card etc… Once I verified my age I could finally see the page on chrome web store and could finally add the extension to chrome.

if verifying your age feels too intrusive then you can use Firefox instead as it requires no age verification to add the extension.
