Penuma for a Grower, Not Shower
Is there anyone in the group who is a grower, NOT a shower, has experience with the penuma implant (got one or researched it), and can share what they learned about the penuma. I’m interested is how the implant works if your flaccid state much smaller that your piece when fully erect?
