Being each other’s confidantes and cheerleader

Bonding over hating the same things (eg. How AI killed em dashes)
Swearing to only use the words alignment, synergy, or collaboration ironically in our day-to-day chatter
Required Skills & Experience:
Open to trying new interests and hobbies
Care about health, activity, and fitness. Gym nut not necessary
Onsite preferred, especially if you’re going to AnimeNYC, but exceptions for remote can be made for standout applicants
Ability to verify via call/video once both parties are comfortable
