When stretching for size is training every day while never getting sore or less often but training to get sore the next day and recover for the next day?

So if you know some of my other posts you know I am not talking about what is more comfortable or personally practical. From what I've seen most of you would agree that every day is better. But I am interested in finding the most effective way for me to keep training my ass for more size.

The ass is a muscle and muscles get trained best if they are pushed enough to feel at least some soreness after training, both for strength and stretching. So wouldn't it make sense if I want to be training my ass effectively to push it so that it is sore the next day? And then recover or just plug for the sore day and train again the next day when I am no longer sore?

Am I missing something? What do you think? Does anyone have experience training to soreness regularly and seen good results?

Help me improve at plugging (size queen)

Hi everyone! I am really into stretching with big plugs and I'd appreciate some help to keep me motivated to stretch more often. Especially as some days I'm not in the mood or just more lazy, and I'd benefit from stretching more consistently to reach my goals.

TL;DR I have plugs ranging from 6.5cm (2.5in) to 8.9cm (3.4in) and want some encouragement to keep training intensely at least 3 times a week and plug overnight 5-7days.

Some background info so you get an Idea of where I am. I use 3 main plugs to stretch:

My smallest one is 6.5cm (2.5in) wide and I use it to warm up, wear throughout the day sometimes, or ti plug at night. It's really soft and has a good shape for long term wear.

My bigger plug gas a bomb shape, so it doesn't really have a neck part to keep it held in without is slipping out. It's 7.3cm (2.9in) wide and like 23cm (9in) of insertable length all almost as the top width. I can fully insert it, but not fully sit on it as it's long enough to put pressure on something inside my body when I sit with it. I like to strap it in with a harness and do a sort of reverse chastity with it and try to keep it in for longer and longer, usually about 20 minutes, but my record is an hour.

My biggest plug is also the same bomb shape it's just bigger at 8.4cm (3.3in) wide and 25cm (10in) long. I use it similarly, first I get used to it's size so I can fully insert it and then I strap it in to get a long stretch, I just can't sit on it. I usually get just about 5 minutes, but my record was over 20 minutes! That was really hard and I use this technique of pushing out with the toy strapped in to tire my core and relax into tge stretch, because the plug it big enough to make my body what to push it out sometimes.

I also have a bigger 8.9cm (3.5in) plug with an egg shape that when I'm at my most stretched sometimes I can fit in, but I only use it when I really know I've been stretching well for a few weeks, so I want to stretch more often to get it in the rotation more often.

For frequency I think getting 3 long (1-2 hour) sessions a week where I push my limits should really help me progress, and then making sure I plug a bit in the evening and overnight for 5-7 days a week too to just keep the habit would be optimal! I treat anal plugging as exercise training, so I get enjoyment for sure, but even if I'm not super motivated that day I really want to keep going to become better over time.

So that's twhat I want to do, but I know I struggle keeping motivated week in week out like that, so I would appreciate it if any of you are interested to comment and reach out asking about if I'm sticking to schedule or what training I've been doing, maybe suggesting challenges etc. I'll keep active on this post as much as I can.
