When stretching for size is training every day while never getting sore or less often but training to get sore the next day and recover for the next day?
So if you know some of my other posts you know I am not talking about what is more comfortable or personally practical. From what I've seen most of you would agree that every day is better. But I am interested in finding the most effective way for me to keep training my ass for more size.
The ass is a muscle and muscles get trained best if they are pushed enough to feel at least some soreness after training, both for strength and stretching. So wouldn't it make sense if I want to be training my ass effectively to push it so that it is sore the next day? And then recover or just plug for the sore day and train again the next day when I am no longer sore?
Am I missing something? What do you think? Does anyone have experience training to soreness regularly and seen good results?
