Can your kinks get the better of you?

I (M23) feel like I'm going down this rabbit hole and the deeper I'm inside the more it consumes me.

I've been very devote since I was a child and in recent years I had the chance to experience some things online, I've also managed to collect a fair amount of toys all while keeping this completely private and separated feom my "normal" life. But the more time I spend here the less I want to go back to reality.

Does anyone else have similar experiences and how did u manage to keep your motivation for simple things like going to work/study or just hang with friends?
