Looking for advice for wanting to be a first time and live in Scotland
Hey everyone, I'm really wanting to start my journey as a femboy but I'm facing some barriers at home. I'm autistic and have ADHD, so navigating new things can be a lot for me.
I'm based in Scotland and I'm looking to connect with other UK or Scottish femboys! I'd love to know where you guys usually shop for your clothes around here.
The biggest factor is that I live with my mum. My family all knows I'm bisexual, so that isn't the secret. The issue is that I'm not comfortable telling her about wanting to be a femboy face-to-face yet. I'm thinking about messaging her over WhatsApp to explain, so I was wondering if anyone has advice on how to word that?
I really want to go for a very feminine look - not just baggy girls' clothes or basic tight stuff, but actually looking like a girl in a way.
The other hurdle is my grandfather who is very anti-LGBT. Even though he knows I'm bi, he already uses slurs toward me, and I'm really worried about how he'd react if he saw me dressing very girly. I don't want to have to hide who I am when he's around, but I'm scared of what he'll say.
Does anyone have experience dealing with older, traditional family members while being neurodivergent? And any tips for telling a parent about this over text instead of in person
