Looking for some advice before I speak to a specialist.

I’m currently circumcised “high and tight” and considering a revision to go lower and tighter. Ideally low and tight, but I know it depends on how much skin is left, so medium might be more realistic.

I’m already fairly tight but still have some movement. I’m aiming for a cleaner, tighter look without causing functional issues or going too tight.

Main concerns:

Whether there’s enough skin for a safe revision

Risk of being too tight/uncomfortable

Aesthetic vs function trade-offs
