I am realizing why so many people post about being ok to go to the beach/ pool. Running into that now with my immediate family 😬.
I am 4 months in with 4mg per week with estradiol valerate subcutaneous injection. 40 years old, 5’9”. Family invited me to a pool party this weekend. I plan to not swim, but for an outside perspective I thought I would see if others would agree.
