How bad is acetaminophen

i have this cold medicine and it has a lot of that in there and i see people saying not to take it when it has that but it it really THAT bad or like will i be good if it's just a one time thing?

i just feel drunk?

i took 1/3 at 10pm, 1/3 at 11pm, and 1/3 at 12am. it's 1am rn i drank 8oz cough syrup i only feel drunk will i hallucinate im 135lbs 60kg has it not kicked in yet
