Did a .60 boof with 7mls of water. Feel like im dying

Bout to slam for the first time what all are the " proper " steps in doing so? I got nice thick veins so im not worried about that part of it. Mainly like do I have to tie off my arm? Do I mix it like I do when I boof? Thank you on advance. If you dont got any real guidance then dont bother commenting. No need.
