Headed to the Woodlands for a concert and have a hotel room. Wouldn’t mind staging a meeting then heading back to have some fun as a surprise for his birthday. A bi guy would be a treat as he’s bi curious but is not a deal breaker. What are deal breakers: under 35, a “bull”, or anyone who wants to be a jerk really.
