Hey everyone, I know stuff like this has been asked a ton, but what does everyone think the most intense journey to go on is with bambisleep?

I know the induction files are important to do daily and that there is a 20 day calendar. Should i just start with the calendar? Or is there a more intense way to really dive in?

I've always been very skeptical about hypno, but have recently gotten into chastity. I didn't know if it would be possible to link my uniform to chastity/plug/panties, so i can easily lock in any time.
