Hey there! I'm a young guy who loves CBT, chastity, and I've been curious about subincision for quite a long time now. I've been reading a lot of stuff regarding this topic, however, I still have a few questions about it. So...
Why is scalpel considered as a less desirable option compared to surgical scissors & clamps? Using scalpel after clamping seems like a perfect option to me, since it's very sharp, so... What are the negatives?
What about the frenulum and foreskin? I'm uncut, which doesn't seem like that much of an issue, but regarding the frenulum - should I cut it off, or just make the sub on the side of it?
What is the ideal size of cuts? Would it be possible to make 10-15mm cuts at once with no issues?
Which one do you prefer - partial cut just under the glans, or full sub? What are the advantages and disadvantages? I don't really mind the obvious peeing issues, hehe.
How to make the cut look smooth? From what I've seen, a lot of subs look a bit jagged for my liking - no judgement, though.
What's the optimal healing process?
