Handy 2 Delivery? Lost?
I was a early bird buyer of the handy 2 and received it in February. It soon stopped working and as I was covered by the warranty I asked for another one.
Handy actioned the replacement in late April and I was told I should have it in the first week of May. It’s now 16th of May, and Evri the postal service tracking hasn’t updated since the 8th of May when they claim to have tried to deliver it (but didn’t, and I have the entire day videoed by my doorbell to prove it).
Evri told me that the seller needs to contact them to sort this out. Handy told me that they have done, but I’ve heard nothing for a week despite requesting an update, and concerned as I’ve been blanked and the parcel lost (not uncommon when using Evri).
I’m considering opening a case with PayPal. I’m sure handy would rather refund the early bird price I paid than send another out at their expense. 😠
