Long term partner wanted - Queer masc pairings preferred
EDIT: I have now turned my ability to receive messages back on. Didn't realise it had been turned off!
I'm based in the UK for time zone info. I'm in my thirties, a trans man, a literate, multi-paragraph writer, and will happily play multiple characters as the story or imagination demands. I would prefer you to be over 25, but over 21 is mandatory. I prefer coming up with plots and stories that centre around characters, and I like to write a cast. I can play characters of any gender and sexuality combination. My favourite combo is writing masc men characters for other masc men characters, but I still enjoy plenty of other combos.
If you think we would click, but you're not keen on my ideas below, drop me a message anyway, and let's see if we can come up with something together.
I vastly prefer queer characters and stories. I am not opposed to some cis-het side characters, but the plot will have to be absolutely phenomenal to convince me to make them our main focus of the story.
I love angst and drama. I embrace the cringe. I will happily utilise soap opera-esque plot twists with a straight face and then send memes about it later. Give me the cliche tropes and guilty pleasure stories. Give me the moody, tortured souls and overwrought language.
I'm looking for any of the following. My suggestions in brackets are not exhaustive, and I love coming up with plots together. I also have actual plots, rather than just pairings, but this post would be way too long to get through if I included the actual storylines, rather than just the main pairing that kicks everything off.
Historical settings:
Ancient Rome/Greece (retired military man x household/servant, art mentor x mentee, recovering soldier x medical personnel, head of household x servant)
Regency/Victorian England (underground queer arts collective, arranged marriage, rich x poor, artist x muse, convalescent x medical personnel)
Old West - not a lot planned here, to be honest. Just like the vast land, dangerous towns and the ability for people to ditch their old life and start over. The lawlessness and danger is the huge appeal here.
Fantasy:
Gothic (in the literary sense), vampires, demons etc (creature x hunter, powerful creature x neonate, demon x angel, creature x human under their protection)
Royalty:
This is much more vague. I play Crusader Kings 3 and feel like there is so much of it that would transfer over to a really good roleplay. Doesn't have to be in a real world location, doesn't have to be a Medieval setting. (Ruler x servant, arranged marriage, ruler x opposing soldier, ruler x bodyguard, rival princes.)
Modern/slice of life:
I don't have plots for this, as they tend to be based on characters. I have a handful of OCs that I can build around, so if this is your vibe, bring me your OCs, and we'll see if they mesh?
