Okay, I might be crazy but if you have trouble falling asleep or getting deep restorative sleep try this routine out!
Definitely try to eat something (even an ensure)
Melatonin
If possible, give yourself a shoulder rub and feet with melatonin massage oil
Grab a good comfy over the head—headphone or pillow phones (they are real!!)
This part is important. Make sure you look up somatic binaural beats for deep sleep. YouTube/ Spotify / and prob other streaming services should have one.
- Make sure you’re comfy (I always wash my bedding) and make sure the volume is at around 60-70% you can also just use your phone speakers but it won’t be as effective. And just close those big saucers ⚫️👄⚫️ and take big deep slow and steady breaths. What’s ever comfortable for ya! Enjoy your restful sleep!
