hi everyone!! Dram is back with another pissy meal for you all! This time it's a spin on a Friday classic, the beer battered fish and chips! we can substitute the ale out entirely for a really moorish and complex taste or replace some of the pee back with beer if it's too strong. this recipe was adapted from the BBC goodfoods Recipe online as I'm not as familiar with making this before now!

For the batter

75g/2½oz cornflour

200g/7¼oz plain flour

1 tsp fine sea salt

330ml/11½fl oz fresh piss

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

For the fish

sunflower oil, for deep frying

4 tbsp plain flour

½ tsp fine sea salt

4 x 200g/7¼oz thick white fish fillets, such as haddock or whiting

chips, to serve

For the batter, mix the cornflour, plain flour and salt together in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre of the mixture and whisk in the piss and vinegar. Beat with a large metal whisk to make a smooth batter with the consistency of double cream.

For the fish, heat a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan half-full of the sunflower oil to 180C. Alternatively, use an electric deep fat fryer heated to 180C.

Put the flour into a large, strong food bag and season with the salt. Add the fish fillets, one at a time, and shake until coated in the seasoned flour.

When the oil has reached the right temperature, stir the batter well. Dip one floured fish fillet into the batter until thoroughly coated. Lift the fish out with a pair of tongs and gently lower into the hot oil. Watch out for splashes as the oil will be extremely hot.

Repeat the process with a second fish fillet and cook with the first for 5–6 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillets) or until golden-brown and crisp. It's important that the batter doesn't brown too quickly before the fish is cooked. Remove from the pan using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.

Reheat the oil and cook the remaining two pieces of fish in exactly the same way. Serve with freshly cooked chips.

thoughts are that it was kinda soggy, so it probably could have taken a little less pee perhaps, but the flavour was incredible. very intense and interesting, overwhelming when you bite into it but quickly dissolving into an interesting and arousing after taste. would possibly work well with a syrup or sweet sauce, maybe a ketchup or tartare.

dram here again!! this time i wanted to make something a little sweeter, so try this nice one out!

You'll need

5 cups frozen mango

1/3 cup pee

2tb lime juice

1/4 tsp salt

How:

Almost completely defrost mango, until it's cold but not icy

blast mango, lime, salt and piss in a food processor until all smooth and creamy

serve immediately!!

a quick recipe sure to entertain guests! Sugar/sweetner can be added as necessary for the picky among you...

Hi all!! It's Dram (F 22) here with a new idea for a little series where i make and rate some kinky piss recipes!

For our first it's a simple Szechuan Hot Pot with a pissy twist!

you'll need

half cup Szechuan peppercorn teaspoon star anise teaspoon cumin teaspoon fennel seeds 1 stick cinnamon 40g Szechuan dried chilli 5 garlic cloves 2 shallots teaspoon salt teaspoon sugar half teaspoon MSG 2 Litres of beef stock (made with piss)

steps:

toast spices over a medium heat. leave to the side

fry shallots, garlic, chillis until browned

add toasted herbs, salt, sugar, msg and beef stock

simmer until combined

then add your favourite foods and let them soak in the warm flavour of piss!!

overall a very nice, hearty meal. id rate it a 9/10, it tastes like it's meant to go together!
