I'm thinking I might be stimming too much again, or using too much power when I do.

The last time I stimmed was 2 days ago, but as I write this, occasionally I'll feel a buzz in the head of my cock - almost like I'm wired up with Firefox 7 very very lightly stimming.

It comes and goes - it's not constant.I figure it will go away in a day or two provided I can keep myself from wiring up to play.

Does that happen to anyone else?

These days I almost exclusively estim with Estim Systems ElectroRings, and I use 3 of them:

60mm - around cock and balls
40mm - base of shaft
30mm - just behind glans

I currently have electrical tape along the top side of the 60mm loop, but the other two are open. For those of you who use loops and rings, how important is it to have parts insulated?

I'm still on the fence about whether or not I like the tape on the large loop, but I wonder if I insulated the 40mm ring if it would help - that way the only ring hitting the dorsal nerve would be the glans ring.
