49 [M4F] So Cal and its environs

I’ve lurked on here for a minute.  I’ve noticed a pattern amongst a couple of OP’s regarding upbringing.  I find the psychological background to this rather intriguing.  That being the resulting phenomenon of “daddy issues.”

So, I have never had any children.  Personal choice really.  And I actually like children.  So much so, that I went to school to obtain a multiple subject teaching credential.  I’ve often wondered if not having children has resulted in “offspring issues.”

Guess I’m just looking to explore this dynamic.  I’d consider myself kind and patient.  I don’t have a “dad bod,” as I work out consistently and can out run most 1/2 my age.  I’m predominantly Native American by blood, so if you have a similar resemblance, I think it would result in a smoother connection.  Definitely not a deal breaker tho.

I don’t mind interacting online.  But, would eventually like something to come to fruition IRL.  I’m thinking of an early retirement, because I have the time and the means.  I’m looking to find a local connection here, otherwise I’m going to be leaving the country.  If anything you’ve read piques your interest HMU.
