So I was using my magic wand earlier and afterwards I had some swelling on my lower bits and that was a few hours ago and the swelling hasn’t gone away

I have ibs and cleaning out my ass is uncomfortable and takes forever and I hate doing it. There’s no hope for bottom surgery or anything like that in the future for me. I want to bottom so badly but it just isn’t an option at this point and it feels hopeless
