I have a skirt with multiple layers. I noticed it looked a bit dull on one side of the skirt so i washed it and now the whole skirt looks that way. I rinsed it again and then used vivishine but the dullness remains. How can I repair the shine on the latex. I think I was not storing or cleaning it properly. The vivishine did a good job on most of the skirt but the original problem area still seems to be there.
