I have a cnc kink and i feel so incredibly guilty for it. I can obviously separate reality from it but i feel so incredibly guilty when i get off to things, i don’t want to feel like this, i feel so disgusting.

If anyone has any tips or help they can give me regarding this it will be really appreciated
