So i have adhd, and stuff and i dont remember to really drink anything i many a have a bottle water and couple soda normally but when i take farmapram i tend to stay hydrated a lot better whats up that i also take a whole in total with taking each piece individually over the course of all day and only do it like every 2 weeks or more
