Can someone tell me what this is?
I was circumcised at 8 due to a really bad case of phimosis. Its not a common practice in my country.I have a low and loose cut, never had much trouble with it. However, what are those skin sacks/patches I have below the glans? I only have them on the right side of my penis and I never saw them on other cut dicks. Was it a medical error?
