The swelling stopped a week ago - but the last scabbing did not end until yesterday. I am going to start applying silicon gel when it arrives from amazon in a couple of days.

Overall, I am happy with the results, but...

There is still a bit of skin rolling over the coronal ridge when I sit, and there is a bit of wrinkling distal to the glans when I am standing, although things stay snugly retracted.

However, After almost five weeks of no wanking, I always feel like I'm going to spontaneously ejaculate into in my pants when I allow myself the odd night erection - because I can feel the skin on the shaft is CRAZY tight, without even touching.

Should I look into a revision? I mean - this first operation was so easy - aside from the 10 days of discomfort after the procedure. I could deal with another two weeks of pain, to make things 100%, but...

I should trust the doc knew what they were doing - otherwise, things would not be so tight, when I'm hard. Maybe the looseness when flaccid will diminish, when the scar tissue softens...

Or am I wrong?

Wondering if anyone else has similar experience/intention.

I got circumcised 14 days ago and the aftercare instructions said that I CAN take 10 minute salt baths after one week. It sounds like it's optional but I wonder if it's actually helpful? I'm a bit ashamed to admit I haven't done it. Can I still benefit from it if I start after 14 days?

I have scabbing especially on the former frenulum area and my erections do cause uncomfortable tightness and even pain if I get a contraction/spasm while rock hard.

So, as the title says, I just jerked off way earlier than expected, it's around exactly the 2nd week mark and I just can't help myself at all, surprisingly, nothing happened with the wound luckily, do I recommend? No(I only did it because my skin was already tight around the area and I did it through a different method) also didn't need a lube, but would I do it again? No, definitely won't be doing it anytime sooner than the next week.

Just in need of a little mental reassurance today. I'm only 3 weeks in and wondering how long i have to live with this fluid swelling under the head.

Did any of you take diuretics for swelling around the stitches after circumcision? My urologist prescribed me a diuretic because of the swelling. I asked another urologist about it, and he said, “What does a diuretic have to do with this? It has nothing to do with that kind of swelling.”

Having the surgery in few days I was wandering if there are any tips and tricks or something you wished you knew before that can give a better result with the scar.

I will be cut freehand with a low cut.

We are not having a preop appointment which I find odd. But what items would you say 100% you needed that made it really helpful. And any tip on the type of ice packs to buy?

someone has or had the same situation ? My swelling sometimes is bigger and other time seems like is going down. But idk
