Almost 3 weeks since having my cut and stitch circumcision. I think the healing process is looking okay? Should the dissolvable sutures fallen out by now? TIA.

Had a circumcision 7 days ago for medical reasons (tight foreskin, aka phimosis) the method was cut and stitch with dissolvable stitches. How’s it looking for day 7? Should I be concerned about the dark scabbing and swelling behind the glans? Thanks!
