I think I need a second circ, as low and tight as possible.
I am looking for advice and direction. My penis is pretty small and there is a lot of loose skin and it does not look great at all. I am thinking ultra low and tight. My questions are is this a good idea? Who would be the best doctor. I live in the USA. Talking to someone directly would be ideal.
