Pls answer, there is a hole where the stich was and it looks healed and I worried it will stay a hole

I had revision to remove extra skin and tunnels

I am on post day 8. Why is it showing tunnel as I am on healing when I did procedure to remove the holes in the first place?

I got revision 5 days ago and if I am not happy with the results, can I go with revision again or do I need to wait months before doing another revision?
