I measured my penis using a ruler and girth measurement tape, and I found that it is 7.3 inches long and 4.5 inches in girth. My goal is to increase its length to 8 inches and its girth to 5.5 inches. To achieve this, I plan to commit to pumping my penis every day. I will perform 4 sets of 5-minute sessions, which will total 20 minutes of pumping each day. The ideal negative pressure for my penis is between 8 and 10. I’m not sure if I can post pictures here, but I will report on my progress every three months. Let’s keep growing together, brothers!
