Just got a bathmate extreme

Like it a lot so far. What sort of “sets and reps” should I be doing? I’ve tried 5 mins x 2 mins rest, by 4 sets of those. Curious what others are doing

Strange question

Been doing pumping for 2 monthes extending for 1 week. Flaccid seems bigger all the time but different texture almost rubbery. Eq is great for sex but haven’t gotten morning wood much recently (could be from lots of sex though will be celibate next few weeks so will observe). Has anybody had experience with this rubbery feeling? I kind of like how it looks but definitely feels different than before almost like I’m never getting 100p soft. So far no noticeable erect gains either.

Penis pumping.

Been pumping on and off now for 2 years. Have seen little increases nothing great.

Sometimes when I pump I get amazing results, and think to myself ive cracked it.

Other times I get barely nothing and the size increases dont last as long as others.

I pump for around 4x6min sets nothing too high, pressure is always kept right as I dont want to do any damage.

So question is why sometimes do my gains last.

Sometimes its like going back to square one.

Hydromax7 New User Journey

I purchased the Hydro7 about two weeks ago and shortly after purchased the Hydromax7 after reading the max has a better seal and pressure. Hydro7 works perfectly but I recommend the Hydromax. My reason for purchasing is increased girth only, but there are many reviews of increased length as well. This is my first time purchasing a pump and doing anything like this so we'll see how this goes lol.

I will update this post after 30 days at that point I plan on changing my routine slightly. After that I will update at the 3, 6, and 12 month mark. I plan on only using the Hydromax and no other PE exercises to fully see what this thing can do.

My current stats are early 30s, fit, 7inx5in.

After a combined use of the Hydro7 and Hydromax7 in 2 weeks time, I can already confirm a more full erect and fuller flaccid look. However, I don't expect significant results until at least 6 months of continued use.

Current routine: Fill tub 1/4 full with hot/warm water, sit for at least 5 min to fully relax before pumping, fill pump with filtered shower water(kick rocks if you call me out, only the finest for Mr. Johnson) insert semi erect, 3x5min sets, 2 min rest in between sets with slight massaging, 5 days on, 2 day off.

I have experimented in both sitting and standing pumping in these first two weeks, and I prefer sitting. I've found that sitting with the pump partially submerged in water, aides in a better seal. That is not to say I haven't sustained a good seal and pump while standing.

I will not being posting any pics because my guy is sacred, so you can take my word for my results or move around, respectfully.

Hydromax 7 Review – My Results After 9 Months

I don't usually post about personal stuff like this, but if sharing my experience helps someone who's dealing with the same thing, then it's worth it.

This post is about my experience after using the Hydromax 7 consistently for nine months. I originally bought it because I was dealing with weaker erections. Getting bigger wasn't my goal, I simply wanted to improve my erection quality and confidence.

Why I Decided to Try It

I'm in my 30s, and for most of my life, erections were never something I had to think about. Everything just worked naturally.

Then things slowly started changing.

Sometimes I'd lose my erection during sex. Other times I couldn't get fully hard even when I wanted to. At first I blamed stress, poor sleep, or life in general, but eventually it became something I couldn't ignore.

The physical side was frustrating, but what affected me most was the mental side. I started overthinking every intimate moment instead of simply enjoying it.

Looking for Something Other Than Medication

I wasn't ready to rely on pills, so I started looking into other options that might help improve blood flow naturally.

That's when I came across vacuum therapy. Learning that penis pumps are also used by some doctors as part of erectile rehabilitation, particularly after prostate surgery, made me take the idea much more seriously.

After comparing different options, I chose the HydroMax 7 because I liked the idea of a water-based pump. It seemed more comfortable than a traditional air pump, and I liked that I could use it in a warm shower without needing lubricant.

I honestly didn't expect any size gains. I just wanted things to feel normal again.

My Routine

Over those nine months, I stayed pretty consistent. I usually used it about five times a week for 10–15 minutes per session. I always used warm water beforehand, kept the pressure comfortable instead of pushing it too hard, occasionally did a light massage afterward, and took recovery days whenever I felt I needed them.

I wasn't trying to rush results, I simply focused on being consistent.

What I Noticed First

The first improvement wasn't size.

It was my erections.

Morning erections started coming back more often, and during sex I wasn't losing firmness nearly as much.

It wasn't an overnight change. It happened gradually over the first few months.

Things just started feeling more natural again.

As my confidence improved, I stopped overthinking performance, which honestly made a huge difference.

My Results

After nine months, for me, the results were approximately:

  • Around 0.6 inches of girth, mostly near the base.
  • Around 0.4 inches of erect length.
  • Stronger and more consistent erections.
  • Better erection quality overall.
  • Much more confidence during sex.

The size gains were honestly just a bonus. The biggest change for me was getting my erection quality back.

The Biggest Change Was Mental

I don't think people talk enough about how much erection issues can affect your confidence.

Before this, intimacy became stressful. I was constantly thinking about performance instead of enjoying the moment.

As things improved, that anxiety gradually faded. Eventually, I realized I wasn't thinking about it anymore. it simply felt normal again.

That was probably the biggest improvement of all.

My Advice

If you're thinking about trying a pump, don't expect quick results. Be patient, stay consistent, and keep the pressure gentle. Warm up beforehand, don't skip recovery days, and focus on improving function first. If size comes, consider it a bonus.

Trying to rush things usually leads to problems instead of progress.

Final Thoughts

Looking back on those nine months, I'm glad I gave a try.

It helped improve my erection quality, gave me more confidence, and yes, I also noticed some measurable size gains.

Everyone's experience is different, so I'm not saying you'll have the same results I did. But if you're dealing with similar issues and considering a non-medication option, it might be worth doing your own research.

If anyone has questions about my experience, feel free to ask. I'll answer based on what worked for me.

One last thing: I bought mine directly from the official Bathmate website https://bathmatedirect.com . Personally, I'd recommend buying from the official site so you know you're getting a genuine product and don't have to worry about unauthorized sellers or possible knockoffs.

Can this be fixed?

Was shaking the water out of my pump this morning and it slipped out of my hand. The valve on the end came off. Any chance I could fix it?

Penis pump for 6 inches girth?

I have a girth around 6 inches and every seal was way too tight for me and I can't find anyone that fits. Does anyone know where to find a pump that fits for this size?

Best age to start

Right now I am 20 years old, working out and eating well, and trying to get back into the shape I was in when I was 17 and active. I am currently skinny fat and want to return to being lean, but I also want to pump at the same time so I can get lean and ripped and increase my size. I live with my parents and will probably stay here for a couple more years, though once I move out I will have more freedom. My question is whether I can still achieve the same gains starting now at age 20 that I would get if I waited and began training later once I am 24 or older.
