Hi! 44f with 2 kids. Both were exclusively breastfed for about 15 months each. After my second, my husband and I got really into ABF and he would love to drink from me when we were having sex. I loved it! I tried to keep it going for as long as possible, but we were too busy to keep up my milk supply. It's been about 5 yrs since I last had milk, but now I'm in perimenopause. Is it possible to re-induce lactation at this point in life? I really loved having milk and want my husband to be able to suckle and nurse at my breast. Since I've done this before, how long do you think it would take to get some milk back??
