I've stopped cocaine and just wondering if my nose damage is to far gone to recover?

Is this the beginning of a hole in my nose? Can it still heal or am I screwed?

So for example my nose is fucked and I've done it once a month for about 5 months maybe a total of 7 grams. But I know someone who is done coke for 10 years every week and there nose is perfect? Why genetics?
