I've given up. 3 months post op and this is the result. It's like being 16 again praying for my boobs to come in except I'm 45, down 7k and slightly larger. The surgeon who done them told me they were large implants she put in. As you can see I'm not a larger lady just average and my body has swallowed them. 400 cc implants and my boobs look like people's before. since they are soft feeling now I don't think there's much "fluffing" to go now. please don't say wait another 6 months to a year for final results because this is close to final. to say I'm gutted is an understatement and it's got me depressed. I was hoping to put on a bikini for first time and not even a cleavage to be had in any of them.

hate my body even more, hate I went through a painful procedure and hate I spent money on something that's made me unhappy.. Genuinly don't knkw what to do

But according to my surgeon they look great. She said that were large implants, probably to someone of petite stature but not to average weight and height . These are 400 and 450 cc implants dual plane and at nearly 3 months post op they aren't going to change by much. I'll be stuck with these then having to go through the whole process all over again.

I know the larger has fluffed because it's squishy and the left is slightly tighter. so the drop and fluff is nearly complete and the results will be what I'm seeing just now.

Now be real and honest someone, I'm going to be left with uneven flat looking boobs

How soon can you get a breast implant exchange in the UK? I spoke to my consultant yesterday and she said I could go up to a 550/595cc. I'm currently 450/400 cc mentor high profile implants and they look small. I've posted on here alot about my disappointment on my implants and they look like most people's before. And since it was a very quick visit with her, less than 5 minutes she didn't give me a time frame except a follow up appointment in 6 months time. I hear alot of drop and fluff and I don't think they'll be much of a difference if they do as had my surgery in may. I'm genuinely thinking of going to another surgeon as soon as possible. When is it safe to have them exchanged?

8 weeks post op, still little side projection., left not as round as right. Left 450 cc , right 400cc mentor high profile dual plane impants. Will they project more or is this it?

This is supposed to be 400 cc implants the othrt is 450cc high profile and this is the result. These were done 33 days ago and I'm gutted. From the front no problem they look full but from side no different from when I wore a padded bra. I wanted a bit of projection.

That's what they look like at the front and I'm happy with them it's Just the side is lacking and not so happy.. has anyone else's been like that?

The right dropping more than left but that was the bigger breast to begin with anyway, they are getting closer together and Still disappointed at flat side projection even though they look fuller at the front not so full looking from the side. Scars are healing with no issues still being told to use tape.
