Uneven healing OTM

I am 10 weeks post op, reduction, lift and OTM 375cc mentor moderate+ implants.

When I don’t wear a bra I think my boobs sit pretty evenly with a bit more upper pole fullness on the right side (left in the images) but as soon as I wear any type of bra my right one sits significantly higher and more centred.

My surgeon told me my right boob was slightly bigger before surgery but would he not have corrected this with the reduction?

Has anyone else had such drastic differences between left and right OTM healing and did you eventually even out?

I’m aware I’m still early at 10 weeks however I’ve been told OTM drop and fluff much faster and 10 weeks should be a pretty good indicator of final results which is causing me concern as i currently don’t feel comfortable having my boobs showing in clothes which defeats why I got them done :(

Last pic is boobs without bra so you can see how they’re sitting naturally

Reminder: This is not a fetish sub

First and foremost: This is a support sub for those who are seeking, or have had a Breast Augmentation. As this is a public sub, we cannot control who views it, only who posts ans comments. For the most part, people respect the sub for it's intended purpose, however there are plenty of creeps who want to scour the sub, leave comments that make members uncomfortable, this sub is not for those people, and will result in a ban.

Breast reconstruction

I did silicone implants, original nipples in male placement. I am “detransitioning” and undoing a double mastectomy I had of four years. It’s been about 2 months since the breast augmentation surgery. I think they’re healing well but I’m worried they look abnormal naked, largely due to the nipples placement. I’m thinking of doing a tattoo or something to help distract from it. They also feel pretty stiff, when does that feeling go away? I want them to feel squishy like real breasts if that’s possible. Mental experience is well I definitely feel like a woman again, I miss my flat chest sometimes but I think part of the reason I liked being flat was because it made me feel skinny. Now it’s like okay well I’m just fat, whatever. Just not sure what to do next. Do I wait for the 3 months for “drop and fluff” is that legit? Or idk…

Asymmetry and different implant profiles

I had surgery on April 1st to replace my old breast implants, so I’m now about 5 months post-op.

For reference I have pectus excavator so my chest wall is sunken In more so on the right side. So I have smaller surface area to work with in that side.

The condition is what made me want to get implants as I had very noticeable asymmetry because of it.

From the very beginning, I’ve felt like my implants don’t even seem close to the same size. They aren’t and I expected some asymmetry do to my natural anatomy. My left breast has always seemed noticeably larger (although it’s the smaller implant left is 320 cc, right is 440 cc) than my right. At both of my follow-up appointments (1 week and 1 month), my surgeon was confident they would settle and even out

It’s been almost 5 months now I still don’t feel like they have. From the front, the difference isn’t too obvious, but when I look down at my chest, it seems really noticeable. The left implant looks much larger—it projects more, sits farther out toward the side of my chest, and overall just looks bigger. I actually have to add padding to one side of my bra to make them look even under clothes.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I recently had a follow up with my doctor and she said she could revise it but would suggest going with a moderate profile on the left so it projects lest since my natural chest wall is more forward then the right side and keep the high profile on the right

Has anyone else done two different styles of implants like that? Will the shapes still look totally different?

Any insight would help from those with a similar experience would be helpful I’m very unsure what to do right now

Am I going to regret going smaller???

I have my pre-op in a few weeks. Going with Motiva Rounds OTM and I just cannot decide on size.... My BW is 11.5, 5'4", 135 lbs. My purpose of wanting an augmentation was to improve upper pole fullness & "perkiness" not necessarily wanting huge boobs. I exercise & run a ton so don't want them interfering with daily life, just want to fill out a swimsuit and feel more feminine. My options I am stuck between are 245cc minis and 300cc demis. I did the rice test and am leaning towards 245... but will I regret going smaller? 99% of what I have seen online was "I wish I went bigger"...

Call me when your boobs come in!!

I've given up. 3 months post op and this is the result. It's like being 16 again praying for my boobs to come in except I'm 45, down 7k and slightly larger. The surgeon who done them told me they were large implants she put in. As you can see I'm not a larger lady just average and my body has swallowed them. 400 cc implants and my boobs look like people's before. since they are soft feeling now I don't think there's much "fluffing" to go now. please don't say wait another 6 months to a year for final results because this is close to final. to say I'm gutted is an understatement and it's got me depressed. I was hoping to put on a bikini for first time and not even a cleavage to be had in any of them.

hate my body even more, hate I went through a painful procedure and hate I spent money on something that's made me unhappy.. Genuinly don't knkw what to do

Implant sliding to armpit

8 MPO

When I lay down, my right implant shifts to the arm pit. Pictures shown below.

I messaged my surgeon and waiting to see what he says. I’m nervous that my implant could have been dislodged and may need a revision.

Thoughts on size change?

My stats are BWD 10.5, 5’6 and <100 lbs (I know I’m thin :/) with a narrow ribcage; I was going to do Motiva Ergonomix 220 cc in the mini profile, but now I’m thinking 230 cc in the Demi profile after seeing the renders. It would still be the same Ergonomix implant and dual plane placement. I know it’s basically the same size but the surgeon noted it would have a faker or more augmented look bc of the projection. I don’t want super natural looking ones, Demi is winning me over bc of the slightly more artificial, perkier look, but I also don’t want them to be too prominent. Thoughts on the last minute change in profile? Surgery is under 2 weeks out

You're all beautiful, no matter your age, how you looked before, or how you look after operation. Stay happy, beautiful, and be proud of yourselves!

That's all. Just a little compliment.

Have a nice day, ladies!

implants big enough?

I’m scheduled for my surgery on september 16th and have my pre-op next tuesday on the 25th, this is the crisalix simulation results that my surgeon gave me.

i’m 21, 5’6, 135lbs and has 10cm bwd, surgeon said that the max implant sizes i can go with are motiva ergo 245cc high prof and 275cc demi prof (fixing my asymmetry)

i originally wanted to go way bigger than that since i’ve always thought because of my broader shoulders, i’d be able to handle more but i learned now that that isn’t the cases lol

whenever i look at the simulation, i feel like it’s def bigger but i still can’t help but feel like i’ll regret not getting something a little bigger than this 🫩 i honestly feel crazy lol cuz i know i need to prioritize the risks that comes with having a narrow chest frame and bigger implants but idk i’ve always thought i’ll get something that’s closer to like the 380cc range 😅

is this realistically big for my frame? or should i maybe bring it up to my surgeon that i’d wanna go bigger than this? or is it just boob greed hitting way too early? lol

ps. the max they previously gave me was 215cc and 255cc, but after i asked them to increase, they said that this is pretty much the maximum and i’d need to sign a waiver with this already 🫢

Should I get implants or lift? Before/after breastfeeding pic

I breastfed for three years and lost a lot of definition. I know there is some asymmetry but i’m not too concerned- I care more about the drooping. I’ve included a picture of my breasts before breastfeeding so you can see what i’m comparing myself too. Any advice welcome!!

How much did your implant size change after consultation?

I am planning to get breast implants with Acura Medisch Centrum and one thing I’m curious about is how often people completely change their mind on size after an actual consultation. Did you go in knowing the exact cc/profile you wanted, or did your surgeon end up recommending something different?

Questions for wife’s surgery

Wife originally had implants about ten years ago with adjustable saline implants. She had capsular contracture and had to have one of the implants replaced (left side). About a year later the right side implant burst from another capsule. So she had them removed.

Fast forward to five years later (November 2025) and she had another implant surgery. This time she used the gummy bear implants. The surgeon said she’s obviously prone to capsular contracture and wasn’t sure how the surgery would take. For the first 6-7 months after surgery the implants were symmetrical in size, shape, and height. Recently the right side has been giving her some pain and is tightening up. It’s obviously different and getting more different.

The feeling in the left one is completely natural. Feels like a real breast. The right side feels tight. The surgeon met with her a couple months ago and suggested she start some stretches and massages to see how it reacts. She is meeting with him this week to discuss. In the past, he has suggested the Aspen Ultrasound but said he’s not heard great things. However, he said maybe it’s worth trying before having to remove them if they get that bad.

The wife is obviously heart broken and just hoping there’s something that can be done. Maybe replace one or both with Motiva implants?

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions to bring up to the doctor?

Cleavage gap

Note: current is photos on the left, goal right

I’ve had a reduction & later added implants for shape and upper pole- but I hate them. I hate the lack of upper pole definition, but I can’t stand how they touch in the middle. It has a very natural busty appearance to me and I want a more augmented but not big look.

Do you think it’s possible to achieve a wider gap with a revision?

I hate my boobs. Am I bottoming out?

I messaged my surgeon but let’s see what he says. I hate my boobs. They’re way too big. But now my scar has moved up and is clearly visible from the front, no longer able to be hidden. My boobs feel so uncomfortable without a bra. Even with one I still feel like I need to hold them up. When I’m laying on my back they go into my armpits and so uncomfortable. Idk what to do. Do you think this is lateral displacement or bottoming out? I’m four months post op. If I need a revision I plan to go smaller, a more cohesive implant, and different profile. I got 500cc Motiva ergonomix full. Hate them :(

the before and afters really put everything into perspective!

had my 10 week appt yesterday and they took new pics and gave me a print out of my before and afters and WOW, you really forget where you started until you see it! helpful to remind myself I got the result I wanted!
310cc motiva minis, OTM with mesh! Asked for natural but decent volume increase, trusted my surgeon 100% to do what fits my frame best and he delivered!
