escaping boob greed

I truly didn't understand boob greed until now, 5 days PO. Whenever people talked about it in this sub I was like "lol how can you not be happy? you got the boobs!" but i take it back im sorry i get it!

my ideal was to get around 330cc, in my consult my surgeon said he wanted to go the 250-275 range for my size, during my pre-ops when they were ordering sizes i said i was interested in the 300-330 range, day of i was expecting them to have 330s, when he came in to mark me up he said they had 310s or 360s for me, i spontaneously said 310 cause 360 sounded way bigger than my range so I wanted to play it safe! now wondering if i totally made the wrong choice! I know I am so early in healing but I fear that they are going to look small and not have been worth it at all

stats:
5'3"
125lbs
starting size 30c (a true 30c from the abrathatfits calc not the medias version of a 30c lol)

My Mia Femtech Experience

Heyyy so I’m just posting this to document my experience starting from the surgery day and so on since I got my surgery done yesterday ☺️ I know there’s a couple of people interested and I wished more people talked about it when I was searching about this so here it is:

First, let me start with some information about me/surgery:

- I’m 26 years old, turning 27 this year in August.

- (They took my height and weight measurements prior to the surgery but I don’t have the best memory so I’m just gonna say what I remember them saying lol)
Height ~ 155 cm
Weight ~ 54.3 kg

Here’s my experience so far:

Surgery day (yesterday, 6th June 2026):

- my appointment was at 11 am. A nurse took me from the waiting area and brought me to my room. They had a sheet full of questions about my information; whether I smoke or drink, if I’d had surgery before, when was the last time I ate and drank (I was advised to fast from 12 o’clock midnight the night before the surgery), etc. They also took urine and blood samples from me and measured my vitals.

- the doctor came in at 12 noon and started marking my chest for surgery and went through the process with me.

- shortly after that, I was taken to the operation room for surgery. I don’t remember much during this time as I fell asleep shortly after I was laid down and got ready for the surgery.

I’m not sure how or why I fell asleep. I remember feeling one of the nurses putting a needle through my arm but idk what it was as I wasn’t looking and one of the nurses was asking me questions, making sure that I knew my name, date of birth and the reason I was there.

I just want to note that I actually just got back from a flight in the early morning of the surgery day and fell asleep around 4 am, and woke up at around 8 am, which means I didn’t have much sleep. Which could also be the reason I knocked out during the surgery.

- When I finally woke up, I was already back in my room and mostly slept. I felt a bit dizzy and nauseous but was fine enough to eat the food that they gave me. They left me to rest and I was discharged after a while.

- To sum up how I felt after the surgery, I was feeling dizzy, nauseous, and my chest felt tight and sore but it was tolerable. Any pressure I put on my arm caused my chest to feel more sore so I avoided that. My partner did everything for me this day so I didn’t move much and mostly slept when I got home. I woke up around 7:30 pm to eat and started taking the meds they gave to me. I still felt very sleepy and my chest was still sore and tight so I mostly stayed in bed and slept for the rest of the night.

Day 1 post-surgery:

- I’m feeling much better ☺️ probably because of the meds. I no longer feel very dizzy nor nauseous. The only feeling I have left is some tightness and soreness on my chest but I’m able to move around, just making sure to not move my arms too much or lifting heavy things.
- I am planning on taking a shower later as I was told that I can have a shower the next morning after surgery.

I will update more whenever I can. But so far, I’m happy and feeling better overall ☺️

running with boobs

new to the boob running community. i was wondering what are we doing to prevent our new, enhanced chests from being a major distraction or pain while we run? any recommendations on bras? i was a 36A and i am now a 36C-- 380cc OTM. having these boobs is weird.. does it get to be less noticeable? will i ruin the pocket? i'm hoping someone can help because all of this jiggle makes me very self conscience and worried about them dropping. thank you!!

Post op doubts

I’m one week, 3 days post op and worried they will be too small. I am 5’4” tall, 47 yo, 125 lbs though usually closer to 115-120. i was a 34 barely B before. I thought I wanted 400ccs but doc encouraged me to get 450s and I decided to trust him, so I went with 450s. They are Natrelle inspira, dual plane placement. My goal was to be proportional. Am I just having post op anxiety? Anyone with similar stats? Any opinions welcome. Before and 1 week post op pics attached.

535cc Mentor Memorygel UHP, UTM. Started as 36D, grade 3 ptsosis >>>36F

12 weeks post op. ~13 BWD. Just in case you need a lift, already have breast tissue, and wondering what a larger, high profile implant might look like.

Also, trust the process, but it was a crazy emotional roller-coaster!! So glad I'm moving away from Sponge Bob Square Boobs that look like lopsided breadloafs!!!! Obviously please no mean or rude comments.

Genuinely when did BOTH your implants drop?

I’m currently 3months post op (355cc sientra dual plane) and only my left boob has seemed to settle down and drop, right now it looks incredible like literally my dream boob…but the right one is still riding up high and refuses to drop and it’s been months at this point….I’m getting so worried I’ll need a revision on my right boob… I’m massaging every day following my surgeon’s suggestions but I’m losing hope…

4 months post-op

Constricted/tuberous breast correction. 255 low profile, silicone, dual plane. Also had a peri-areola lift to address the puffiness at the nipple.

Slight double bubble on my left breast that we are monitoring, but my doctor warned me pre-op that this could possibly happen due to my starting point. Some stitches poked through on my right nipple and I will likely do nipple tightening down the line.

Truly life changing surgery. Went from barely filling an A cup to 30DD.

Traveling 4 weeks PO

Currently 3dpo and I am traveling for work at 4 weeks PO, I am realizing I won't be able to lift my suitcase or carry my computer bag or anything since it'll be over the 10 pound limit set by my surgeon, debating not checking my bag so I can roll my work bag on it but I am worried about putting it up in the baggage area and stuff. Has anyone asked to board early because of this and needing help from the airport staff with this?

560 CC OTM moderate profile. Wish I got low profile.

I LOVE this results, the surgeon that did mine is very skilled. I wanted the most natural look possible, and I think he did amazing in achieving that. They splay out nicely when I lean back, have some sag, my upper pole isn’t very dominant.

I wish I would’ve gotten low profile, so they’d be less projected from the side like natural boobs usually are. I know it sitting OTM affects that, but my chest is too broad for UTM, they would’ve sit too far apart

- I started as a 34 B
- I am 3 1/2 months post op
- implants are allergen naturalle responsive gel!

Worried about undefined cleavage and raised sternum

I started with a small A, I've always been plus sized. I've gone through major weight loss and have been getting skin removals as well

Two weeks ago I had a lift and 500 cc OTM moderate profile implants done.

Along with an extended brachioplasty and torsoplasty so I do have more swelling than the average breast augmentation.

I completely understand they take time to settle and everything but I feel like I had really underdeveloped breasts before and I'm nervous I will never have the defined cleavage that I desired.

I feel like the skin over my sternum isn't flush against my sternum and I just think it looks really odd.

It's like because my chest was small the skin is stretched too far.

I'm just trying to see if anyone had a similar experience and how it all settled.

I feel like every picture I see even right after surgery is completely different with clearly defined cleavage and without the raised skin on the sternum.

Mia femtech / preserve

9 days post op . Do they look very asymmetrical? I used to have a bigger left boob prior to the procedure but not enough of an asymmetry to have different size implants .also the left nipple was more down than the other one. Does these asymmetries get better with BA or do they actually get worse ? I know I have to wait

Breast implants look weird when I move my arms?

Hi, I am 7 weeks post-op. I got 295cc natrelle soft touch, under the muscle. Incision at the inframammary fold. I was barely an A cup before my implants.

When i lift my arms or move my arms, the implants look really fake and spread apart. You can see the tops and sides of the implants, and there is a huge gap between them.

Does this go away with time as they “fluff and drop,” or is this normal for implants?

Post op surgical bra

I am getting my breast augmentation this coming Friday. I was wondering about the post-op surgical bra. My surgeon is going to be giving me one, but I heard that they are notoriously uncomfortable and itchy. I wanted to preemptively get another one also so that way I can change into it every so often while one is washing. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this and how soon can you typically change into a different post surgical bra. Do you have to absolutely have to stay in the one the surgeon gives you?
