Breast implant exchange questions

Hi! I’d love to hear some experiences with swapping out implants and/or bottoming out regarding any of the following:

  1. Swapping out large implants for something smaller. Did you need a lift?

  2. Did your scar become bigger? If your scar wasn’t looking great the first time were they able to improve it?

  3. How was the recovery for UTM? Was it as painful as the first time?

  4. Changing brands (specifically Motiva to something else) - what made you switch?

  5. Motiva specific: changing from ergonomix to round. Why? Do your breasts still feel as soft as the Ergonomix did or do they feel hard?

  6. Bottoming out specific: did you just do pocket tightening or did you add a mesh?

I hate my boobs. Am I bottoming out?

I messaged my surgeon but let’s see what he says. I hate my boobs. They’re way too big. But now my scar has moved up and is clearly visible from the front, no longer able to be hidden. My boobs feel so uncomfortable without a bra. Even with one I still feel like I need to hold them up. When I’m laying on my back they go into my armpits and so uncomfortable. Idk what to do. Do you think this is lateral displacement or bottoming out? I’m four months post op. If I need a revision I plan to go smaller, a more cohesive implant, and different profile. I got 500cc Motiva ergonomix full. Hate them :(
