Uneven healing OTM

I am 10 weeks post op, reduction, lift and OTM 375cc mentor moderate+ implants.

When I don’t wear a bra I think my boobs sit pretty evenly with a bit more upper pole fullness on the right side (left in the images) but as soon as I wear any type of bra my right one sits significantly higher and more centred.

My surgeon told me my right boob was slightly bigger before surgery but would he not have corrected this with the reduction?

Has anyone else had such drastic differences between left and right OTM healing and did you eventually even out?

I’m aware I’m still early at 10 weeks however I’ve been told OTM drop and fluff much faster and 10 weeks should be a pretty good indicator of final results which is causing me concern as i currently don’t feel comfortable having my boobs showing in clothes which defeats why I got them done :(

Last pic is boobs without bra so you can see how they’re sitting naturally

Before vs 8 weeks post op

Had big boobs my whole life but lost 20kg and ended up with saggy 34D. Had a reduction, lift, 375cc mentor moderate+ implants OTM, now have 34E.

Some reassurance for those with lift/ nipple incisions

Just wanted to share so progress pics for anyone (like me) who saw their frankennips for the first time and thought “omg what have a done” or anyone who might be worried about how scary looking incisions will heal!

I thought my nipples we’re so small at first, especially because I had such large ones pre op, but they’ve stretch and rounded so nice, one of them is a little odd shaped but I think this might be due to a stitch pulling it during healing, I’m not too bothered by it, it’s sorta quirky!

I had reduction, lift (anchor), 375cc round mentor moderate+ OTM, 34D - 34E/F.

Hope this helps someone! Feel free to ask me Qs :)

Does this look like sagging already?

I’m 6 weeks post op, reductions, lift and implants 375cc round mentor moderate + OTM, why do I feel like they’re sagging at the bottom already and one more than the other? Is this how they should look as part of the “drop”? They seem to hang over my incision quite far, is this normal for this type of procedure? I’ve wore my surgery bra for last 6 weeks straight only removing for showers.

Looking for any advice or opinions

Will the drop allow for cleavage at the top?

Hey! 5 weeks post op here - 375cc OTM with reduction and lift from 34 saggy DD to 34E! For those who have had similar procedures - will the top part of my cleavage come as the implants drop down more? Right now I don’t get a cleavage at the top it sorta just blends. Example pics of me pushing them together attached along with before and after. Just curious to know if this will likely change as my implants drop or if it could be my anatomy/ other factors? Thanks :)

Will drop and fluff make them look smaller?

I had a breast reduction, lift and augmentation two weeks ago (375cc OTM Mentor moderate plus). The surgeon ordered me 375, 400 and 450 and used whichever fit best on the day of the surgery. When I found out I only had the 375s I was a bit disappointed but I actually I love love love the size of the now, the implant under my natural breast tissue has made them look much bigger than I’d have expected for 375cc. I’m now hoping that the drop and fluff process wont make them look smaller. I’m aware they’re still sitting high but I think most of the swelling has gone now. What’s everyone else’s experience with the drop and fluff process and sizing changes? Not looking for medical advice just to hear from people who have also had the procedure.
